Dear Mr. Hill and Kelley,

I am compelled to take this opportunity to express my gratitude for one of your designers, Maria Loth. Maria had helped me in my house when she worked at another location. I thought she was no longer in the business and was delighted when I ran into her at FCA. I have spoken with other designers and find that there is no match for Maria. Her knowledge about design, fabrics, style, color and so much more is inspirational. I just love to watch her work because she instinctively knows where to start and how to pull everything together to end up with a unique design. She even makes what would be an overwhelming ordeal so much fun. Being at FCA, has given her even more depth of creation with the wonderful items that are available there.

Some of my friends and I went to the Cavalcade of Homes last summer. We commented continually how unimpressed we were with the designs. Then we came to the house in which FCA had participated. I later found out that Maria had her hand in those designs. I should not have been surprised because she is so distinctive in her approach. We were all just stunned and took pictures because it was so original. Again, I was not the only one that was enthralled with the look of that house. She is amazingly talented.

My husband and I had decided to decorate our master bedroom as a tribute to our 30th wedding anniversary. I told Maria that I wanted it to be a "WOW" but it had to be reasonable in cost. She worked very hard to give me options and direction. She patiently suggested how to prioritize the job to get the most for the money. Because of Maria's caring ways, she never made me feel like a second class citizen for watching my costs, but instead made me feel like a valued friend. Even though Maria has an aggressive schedule, she took time to check out other items like the granite choices. She scheduled everything so that things would get done in a timely, organized manner. She continually kept me informed of the progress of ordered items. She brought many items to my house and worked diligently to accessorize it. When some things did not work, she actually "instructed" me on what to look for to complete the project in a high-design look. An example was the towels. You cannot believe how bogged down I got with "what color towels should I pick." Maria's trained eye quickly knew exactly which color would work the best. Truly, Maria's talents have made our bedroom a very magical place for this empty-nester couple. I also am humbled by how hard Maria works. I do not know how she juggles so many things but we definitely benefited from her extraordinary efforts. I am so grateful to her. I really want FCA to know how much I admire and appreciate Maria Loth and all her specialized attention on behalf of my husband and myself. I would come to FCA to just get Maria's input. She is a one-of-a-kind designer and remarkable Person.
